With the current facilities in a sorry state, our client wanted to repurpose this room into a
new locker/changing facility. It was previously utilised as a kitchen/breakout area, but other
refurbishments happening across the building, meant we were able to provide a solution
that worked:
Project Brief
Remove old kitchen units, including all associated plumbing and electrics
Clear all canteen tables and uplift old flooring
Make good and decorate all walls
Lay new cap and cove safety flooring
Install 3no. changing cubicles, range of lockers and a bench/hooks system
Solution
These works were completed over the course of 1 week, with the majority of if completed
by our inhouse team of engineers, leaving the flooring to the specialist sub-contractors.
