Our client asked us to investigate the cause of multiple leaks coming into the office areas of their building.
Upon investigation, it was evident that the Sarnafill roof substrate was failing due to age related weathering and that the numerous previous patch repairs, had failed.
To provide a long-term solution, we completely refurbished the entire roof area using a specialist roofing solution with 20-year manufacturer’s guarantee, compatible with the original roof substrate.
The works were completed with minimal disruption to the offices below, as these needed to remain habitable throughout the duration of the work.
In conjunction with the above, we removed the failed gaskets to the joints of the capping’s and re-painted the parapet cladding with a proprietary paint system.
